Growing up in a family with over three decades of Real Estate experience (development, brokerage, investing, and property management), Nichole Shanfeld’s passion and knowledge for Real Estate started at a very young age.

Her knowledge of the city and inventory, both on and off market, has set her apart from most.   She holds the highest sale in all of Hollywood Hills for Q1, 2023, and the highest price per foot sale in Beverly Hills for Q3 2023.  Nichole was awarded the "Rising Star" award by her brokerage for her sales volume in 2021 and 2022. She has been acknowledged by Los Angeles Business Journal as a Real Estate Leader of Influence in 2022 and 2023.
