Growing up in a family with over three decades of Real Estate experience (development, brokerage, investing, and property management), Nichole Shanfeld’s passion and knowledge for Real Estate started at a very young age.
After graduating magna-cum-laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor's degree in strategic communications and journalism, Nichole joined a top producing luxury Real Estate team in Los Angeles. Nichole proved that she inherited the Real Estate gene, establishing herself as a true prowess when she closed over $30M in sales during her first year on the team.
